How to Access Your Facebook Wall Using Gmail!

Most of the Offices and Colleges have now banned Facebook considering it a waste of time and resources and for added protection most of the proxy website are blocked too to frustrate you more. One thing is for sure, none of the admins will ever block Gmail and now you can use it to access you Facebook wall to update your status at work.

Steps to access Facebook Wall using Gmail

1. Once you are in Gmail inbox navigate to Settings -> Labs and enable “Add any gadget by URL”.
   
2. You will now notice a  “Gadgets” tab under  section in the settings.
3. Now copy and paste the below URL in the box and add the gadget.
   • http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/104971404861070329537/facebook.xml
     
4. Soon after you add it you will be able to see Facebook tab in the left hand sidebar of Gmail just above the chat section.
   
5. Click on it, and it will open the fully functional Facebook wall right in front of you.
   
6. For the first time you will have to grant it permission to access your Facebook wall fro there after it will work like charm

Please don’t waste your quality time on Facebook and use the above trick only as a last resort.
